On Friday, October 24, 2008, Goodwill will host the 2nd Annual Ghoulwill Ball, a lively, community costume event at the most haunted place in Austin, The Driskill Hotel. Brand U Home Makeover Before and After
Earlier this year, Goodwill teamed up with Your Address Magazine to change one lucky Goodwill shopper’s life by transforming their family room into a livable, stylish space with furniture and accessories found at Goodwill. With the help of Interior Designer Rubi Kaur, our Brand U campaign (which encourages shoppers to be unique, be creative, brand u) created a unique space at a nominal cost, but most importantly, helped to instill confidence and pride in one young family. Fifty Years. Ten Cakes. One Fun Birthday Bash.
More than 800 Central Texans visited the Goodwill Community Center on Thursday, June 12 to participate in Goodwill’s 50th year celebration! Everyone that attended enjoyed live music, fun family activities, and a lot of food. It is the community’s support that helps Goodwill Industries serve thousands of individuals with barriers to employment find, obtain and retain competitive employment.
