Weigh Good Brings in 790,000 Pounds

With the generosity and support of the Central Texas community, Goodwill passed their goal and raised over 790,000 pounds during the Weigh Good Community Donation Drive that was held April 17-20. Thank you to everyone who donated and to our sponsors. Read more>>

DollarWorks Fundraiser Was a Success

During the months of March and April, we offered shoppers and donors a convenient way to support Goodwill’s job-related programs and services by donating a dollar to the DollarWorks program at our retail stores.

This fundraiser was an opportunity for our community to learn more about Goodwill’s mission and Workforce Development services. This year, donors received a commemorative piece of artwork from local artist Stephen Schwake as a special thank you.

During the five weeks of DollarWorks, we raised more than $34,000 to support Goodwill’s programs. The community’s generosity and support was second to none!

Goodwill Industries of Central Texas will be celebrating 50 years of service to Central Texans this June, so mark your calendars to join in the all day festivities! This community plays an integral part of creating what Goodwill is today!
