Donate your Vehicle
Don't waste your time and money trying to sell your unwanted vehicle - donate it to Goodwill. It's free, easy and tax deductible, plus the sale of your vehicle at auction helps to fund employment programs that help Central Texans find jobs in the community.
How it works:
To donate a vehicle, please call our vehicle donation phone line at 512-637-7100. In the message, please clearly state your name and phone number, as well as the year, make, and model of your vehicle. Please include the vehicle identification number (often found inside the driver's side door). A representative from our auction vendor, Charitable Auto Recycling, will contact you within 48 business hours to make arrangements for towing and paperwork, as well as answer any questions you may have.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Car doesn't work? No problem! We tow both working and non-working cars, trucks, boats on trailers and campers, but vehicles must be on four tires.
- When your vehicle is picked up, we will issue you a donation receipt and your car will put up for sale in the next auction.
- Once your vehicle has been sold, we will send you a letter and tax forms so you can claim a deduction on your taxes.
