Goodwill Industries of Central Texas - Brand U Campaign rules

Brand U Rules:

1. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. Fill out an entry form at any Goodwill Industries of Central Texas retail store, excludes outlet and book stores.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Goodwill Industries of Central Texas, and the immediate family and household members are not eligible to enter. You must be at least 16 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to be eligible. Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their legal guardian on the day of the makeover.

3. PRIZE: Two (2) Grand Prize winners will be awarded. The grand prize makeovers are courtesy of Salon Keriz’ma and Almost Impatient Productions. It includes cut, color, hairstyle, make-up, $100 Goodwill shopping spree with a personal shopper, eyebrow waxing and before and after photo shoot. Prize not redeemable for cash.

4. DRAWING: The drawing will take place on 08/30/10. Odds of winning depend on number of entries submitted.

5. CLAIMING PRIZE: Potential winner will be notified by email (or by contact information provided on entry form if email is not provided) on 8/30/10. Winner has twenty four (24) hours to accept the prize. Acceptance must be confirmed by email (or by contact information provided on entry form if email is not provided).

6. RELEASE, INDEMNIFICATION AND LIABILITY: By entering for this campaign prize, participants: (a) consent to the use by Goodwill Industries of Central Texas for promotional purposes in connection with this promotion, of his or her name and/or likeness, as well as pictures of the makeover. By accepting his or her prize, the winner: (a) agrees to release Goodwill Industries of Central Texas from any and all liability claims, actions or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in this promotional activity, or in connection with the use of the prize and (b) consents to the use by Goodwill Industries of Central Texas for promotional purposes in connection with this promotion, of his or her name and/or likeness, as well as pictures of the makeover. There will be no compensation for any pictures taken or for participation in the promotion of the contest. The Sponsors and participating promotional companies are not in any way liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries, or acceptance and use of the prize. Goodwill Industries of Central Texas reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Campaign should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Campaign. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. All incomplete or non-conforming entries will be disqualified. 8. WINNER: The name, likeliness and image of the prizewinner will be announced and distributed by Goodwill Industries of Central Texas through internal and external communications following the campaign.
