7th Annual Cinema Touching Disability Film Festival: Marwencol

Goodwill Industries of Central Texas invites you to the screening of Marwencol. This award winning film will be shown as part of the 7th Annual Cinema Touching Disability Film Festival on Thursday, October 14, 2010. This documentary follows Mark Hogancamp, who experienced brain damage after being attacked. Unable to afford therapy he created his own with a World War II-era town populated by dolls that represent his friends. This free screening includes complimentary hors d’oeuvres, beer and wine. It will begin at 6:30 p.m. with the showing of previous years’ winning short films. The main feature will start at 7:30 p.m. Please RSVP to events@austingoodwill.org.
