Our Workforce Development programs are the essence of our mission. They are designed to help participants achieve a level of independence needed to succeed, focus on meeting individual needs, and ensure each participant progresses to reach his or her full potential. We provide thousands of job-related services for people with barriers to employment each year. Participants are regularly assessed and measured by our professional, dedicated staff to achieve successful and desired outcomes.
